At 100UP, every system and product is discussed and tailored to suit each customer’s specific needs. Because of this, we generally do not offer returns for change of mind.
Change of Mind
Returns are not accepted for change of mind once a purchase has been confirmed, unless agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
- is faulty or defective
- is not fit for its intended purpose
- does not match the description or agreed specifications
Where a failure is major, you may choose a refund or replacement. Where a failure is minor, we will work with you to repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.
Installation & System Components
For fully installed systems, 100UP works with accredited installers and approved equipment suppliers. If an issue arises:
- we will assess the problem
- coordinate repair or replacement where required
- support warranty claims with manufacturers
Pre-Wired Kits & Custom Systems
Custom-built systems and pre-wired kits are configured specifically for each project. Returns are not accepted unless:
- the product is faulty and a return arrangement has been agreed in advance
- it is your right under Under Australian Consumer Law
Warranty & Support
Most components supplied by 100UP are covered by manufacturer warranties, including:
- solar panels (typically up to 25 years)
- batteries and inverters (typically 10 years)
We can assist customers in managing warranty claims and ongoing support where needed.
