A 10kW off-grid solar system suits homes with 3-4 occupants and powers all-electric houses effectively. Both Deye/Pylontech and Sigenergy systems offer scalable battery and panel extensions, independent operation for uninterrupted power, and EV charging integration. A 12kVa or larger generator is recommended for backup support.

A 10kW system is most commonly used for a residence with 3-4 occupants and is fully capable of powering an all-electric house. The only recommendation is to use a heat pump for the hot water system.

Deye/Pylontech System Possible Extensions: Batteries easy to add at a later stage Solar panels array can be extended up to 15kW Recommended generator size: 12kVa or bigger

Sigenergy inverter/battery unit operates independently. In the event of a failure in any unit, the others will continue to provide power without interruption.
